Excellent service! Dave responded immediately to my request for service for my AC which had stopped working. Not only did he provide a fair quote, he identified a problem that had caused the AC failure, thus preventing a problem to reoccur. This was critical to me as a homeowner and thus ensured I had the correct AC system for my home. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and was able to fit me in to a busy schedule which I very much appreciated. In addition, he took the time to explain all his work and how to maintain it as well as ensure that I had all the warranty coverage for the equipment. I would strongly recommend D.P.M without hesitation. There is no need to call anyone else!
