Problem with furnace- a sensor was broken. this was for a rental property. dave was able to come out same day- after hours. Met with me tenant, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly at a very reasonable price.

They called me and scheduled time to come out-- and came out within a half hour unlike some of the other companies who wanted to charge me money up front just for driving over and not providing me a guesstimate to fix, or just simply never answered the phone. These guys made the job look easy and gave me tips on what to look for in case the problem came up again. Not only that, they took my heater's information so they have it on file in case something comes up next time, this way if they need parts, they don't have to make a trip out to see what I've got-- great idea! Thanks again for the quick turnaround time and help!

David came out immediately and repaired my central air. He was efficient, fair in his charge and addressed only what was necessary to take care of the problem. I would definitely call him again with any other heating/cooling issues.

DPM responded quickly, was very professional, and willing to work around my schedule which I really appreciated. They replaced my outside A/C compressor unit (which had died after 15 years) with a new more efficient unit. It's working fine. No complaints.
