Worst experience on a concrete and pergola project. When the workers were installing the pergola, they were using cracked cedar boards and when my husband noticed this he told Joey that is unacceptable, he changed them but you could tell he was irritated. Then when framing our patio and sidewalk, my husband and I checked the patio to make sure it was square and it was not one side was over 8 inches out of square. The side walk was the same. The next morning my husband said you need to fix the dimensions, Joey was again irritated, the concrete truck sat out in front of my house 2 hours waiting for the crew to finish framing a nightmare!

These folks hired us and approved what they wanted us to do. Then they continually changed it and we could not please them. It is sad they did not understand our good intentions. The end result of their project is quite lovely. And of course we can prove the outcome. Best of luck to these folks enjoying their new pergola and lovely patio.
