Customized Plumbing and Heating

Home Advisor did not tell Joe from Customized Plumbing and Heating about the appointment so I had to call to arrange an appointment. When I told him what was wrong with the sink, he seemed to know how to fix it. However, he came in the afternoon of the day we requested but 2 other people had no heat so they were a priority. I had no problem with that. He said that we probably needed a new faucet. So, we went out to buy a new faucet and we put it in.

very reasonable rates for quality service. I had two different leaks that made the repair more difficult to isolate. He did a good job.

Joe called me in a timely fashion, was professional, and finished the work quickly. He did need to return to fix an additional problem.

Joe installed my water heater with no problem and at a reasonable price. I will use him for now on for all my plumbing and heating needs

I never heard from this professional so therefore have little good to say. My faucet still needs repair a d now leaking under the sink

I was contacted promptly. He gave me an idea over the phone what he thought the problem was and was upfront about his availability. He scheduled the appointment and called asking if he could come earlier in the day which was fine. Problem solved in less than an hour. Would definitely use Joe again

Joe was great to work with- he communicated well, was on time, and helped troubleshoot the task and lay out the options. Job completed quickly and at estimated cost. Will definitely call him for future jobs.

He was on time, fixed the faucets that needed it, and told me which ones didn't. He is going to install a heating unit in my basement in early October, which is very quick service. It is a good experience to do business with him.
