Major pluses: He showed up early which I really appreciate and fixed the leak which again I appreciate! Minor downfalls: He didn't seem friendly to my standards and when I questioned the cost.he said he didn't drive down there for nothing (which I understand) but it was WAAY more than I was expecting especially since he had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and it cost me $125!! Also he seemed to communicate better with my boyfriend than me and FOR ME that is a little bit of a flaw, but overall satisfied.

I was very happy that this company called me within 30mins of my on line inquiry. It was also great that he was able to come over the next day and he fixed the clogged toilet in 5 mins. However, I felt a bit taken back that this 5 minutes of service costs me $100.

This was a simple replacement of parts in two toilet tanks. I was looking for a plumber who had lower rates than my previous plumber and the hourly rate I was quoted was the reason I chose this company. I liked Joe a lot and he did the job quickly, thoroughly and well. However, the amount he charged me ended up being over twice what I was quoted, for less than an hour's work, so I felt misled! I might use Joe again just because he was so pleasant, but I would have to pin him down about cost beforehand.
