Customized Plumbing and Heating

He came in a short amount of time, was friendly, and got the job done. I am pleased.

I initially requested a Monday appointment, but Joe called and asked if we could meet earlier on Sunday. I agreed, and in spite of tricky parking issues, he made it to the house and I showed him the problem: two recently installed 2-piece Toto toilets that were wobbly. Joe took a look, and immediately diagnosed the problem: the textured tile floor wasn't flat enough, the tank/bowl connection wasn't completely secured, and the base design, which attached the bowl to the floor in the back, contributed to the wobbling. He spent about 30 minutes correcting the issues and then left. Later that day, I found out one toilet was solid, but the other one was even wobblier. Tried contacting Customized Plumbing, but unsuccessful. Decided to wait for second Home Advisor contractor to come on Monday and secure second toilet. Total cost $65. Total time spent: 30 minutes.

He said he had never seen a toilet like this before, but he seems to have done a good job.

This plumber came on a Sunday, was quick, professional, and reasonably priced.

Joe was responsive, came quickly to get the job done, had a fair price, cleaned up after his work. We'd converted existing plumbing to a washer/dryer hookup; have not yet tested it, but expect it will work fine.

Joe showed up when he said he would. He was courteous, knowledgeable, did the job right and cleaned up after. His rates were reasonable, and I would definitely use this service again. I highly recommend this company!
