We needed a tub installed fast. Joe helped us find what we wanted and put it in before we had a major problem. I would definitely call him again.

He called me right back when I made the first contact and was able to come out the following day. Even got here early and waited for my husband to return home. We will definitely use him again.

After not being able to get the plumber who initially took everything apart during the remodel, I found Joe. He came the very next day and took care of everything! Now we can finally use our master bath after 2 months.

Joe never cleaned up after putting the tank in and he was late getting there

Another plumber stood us up, at a really bad time. Contractors were scheduled to come in and finish the two bathrooms where the sink and toilette were to be installed. We were stuck. I called Joe at noon and Joe, who happened to be working in the neighborhood, was over to look at the scope of the project within 15 minutes. He began work at 8:00 AM the next morning as the painters arrived, and was done with his work by 10:30 AM. Job well done, in spite of all of the complications of a 115 year old house, and use of antique sink and faucets. Clean up was solid. This man is prompt, friendly, efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. We have found our trusted plumber finally!

Joe was fabulous. On time, super polite, was easy to converse with regarding my issue. Will definitely be using him again.

Discovered a leaky garbage disposal today. Immediately went to Home Advisor, input the requested data and clicked on "yes, would like a call". Within 1-2 minutes my phone rang! It was the owner, Joe D. of Customized Plumbing and Heating. Explained the problem and he said he was finishing up a job and would be out in about an hour. He called about an hour later and said he was on his way. Turned out to be a simple fix. His rate was quite reasonable. I would, and probably will, hire him again.
