I had a great experience with Cunningham and Sons. They were quick to respond and took the time to talk through their services and processes. Scheduling was easy and prompt, and they stayed in communication throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how personable and genuine Brittany and Devin were. You can tell they care about their business and customer service. The dryer vent cleaning I scheduled was efficient, professional, and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a dryer vent cleaning!

My chimney was leaking. I called Cunningham & Sons after viewing thwir reviews. They came out the next day and inspected my chimney from the ground up on the roof and from inside. They determined that the crown of my chimney was cracked allowing water to enter &and needed resurfaced with new moral. They also found i had gaps in my mortar between the brick on exterior of chimney allowing water to absorb. They quoted me to Resurface top of chimney and fill in the gaps between brick with new morta and spray with water repellent. The quote was reasonable & fair priced for the 5-6 hours it took them. They did the repair before the next rain and I have had no issues since. Brittany in the office is a joy and my tech Allan was informative and professional. I will now use for my yearly chimney cleaning as we use our fireplace alot!

I hired Cunningham & Sons to initially to inspect & attempt to service my gas fireplace that would not light. I had 2 other big name companies in my area attempt to service it & said it could not be repaired & wanted to charge me $5,00-$6,800 to install a new firebox & log set. Cunningham & Sons Chimney Services came out for $149.00 total spent over a hour servicing my fireplace logs & got them up & running with no issues. That was back in February & its now May & my logs are still running properly. Highly recommend these guys as they truly are about customer service & knowledgeable. They aren't just out for the big sale like the other companies. Great communication & customer service. 100 out of 10 recommend!

Cunningham & Sons was great from start to finish. Booking was a breeze. They is petted and cleaned my chimney. The discussed in detail that my fireplace was unsafe due to a Crack in the back wall. Repair price was fair & affordable. They returned a few days later to repair. Highly recommend.
