This is the first house I have not been able to clean out the dryer vent for myself. Did not know what to expect. Alan explained everything before starting work and during the process as well. After the job was complete, my vent, the outside of my house and my laundry room were clean. This was a very positive experience. Price reasonable for the amount of time and skill involved. An added bonus, Alan is such a thoughtful kind man. He noticed a small issue on my outside siding. As he talked to me about it, he just automatically got his hammer /nails and fixed it. It apparently never occurred to him not to fix it. It never occurred to me that he would take the two minutes to do it for me. Such kindness is hard to find these days. I highly recommend working with Alan and Brittany, in the office, for any project you may hire him for. Thank you Alan and Brittany.

Alan did a great job replacing the screen on my patio. His estimate was reasonable all things considered with the supply chain these days. Service was prompt and professional. Great customer service from Alan and Brittany in the office as well.

The job turned out to be bigger than we expected and the cost was more but they did a fantastic job. We had a recurring problem that two other companies claimed to have fixed but in fact did not. Cunningham and Sons found the problem and brought the chimney stack up tp code. We would absolutely recommend them for any chimney repairs. Inside our out.
