I called for a chimney clean on a house we just bought and they promptly came out to clean it. They put down floor protection and cleaned it well. They inspected the chimney and cap which was rusted, so they measured and scheduled a date to return. They installed the new cap for a competitive price and it looks great. I would suggest keeping in touch with them as they get busy.

The technician, Alan, was very nice and professional. He took great care to protect my carpet and floor and thoroughly cleaned up when he was done. Dispute the complexity of the job he completed it in a very short time. Everyone I dealt with at this company was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Everyone at Cunningham and Sons was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were able to schedule me on short notice, were easy to communicate with, and Allen was outstanding! When I mistakenly directed Allen to the incorrect vent outlet and it seemed to be an impossible job, he didnâ t give up and call it quits. He asked if he could go up into the attic crawl space to inspect the ducts and went the extra mile to make sure he could get the job done. Excellent service! Payment was a breeze as they not only take the standard cash, card and check.., but they also take cashapp. And with a very reasonable flat fee, there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Thank you, Cunningham and Sons. Iâ ll be recommending you to my family and friends!

The two people who came to do the repair on our dryer were extremely professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job overall. One of the guys had to climb up onto our 3 story roof because of where the dryer vent is, which is really odd, but he did it and got everything fixed!!

Service provide was chimney cap replacement that rusted due to age, weather and outdated builder product. I received a call the very next day after my online inquiry. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Home ownership can be costly but itâ s worth it considering the climate of our economy. No buyerâ s remorse with this project and didnâ t break the bank.
