"Guardian came to my home after I had used a number of "big" companies to try to diagnose my problem. These other companies 1)misdiagnosed the problem 2)tried to push me into a new system even though my system is only 7 years old 3) charged me a fee to replace parts that they never actually replaced. I chose Guardian from their reviews. Richard came to my home and was able to go through my system and diagnose my problem. After my repair, my system has been working great since and the pricing was more than reasonable for a real HVAC technician who knows what he's doing. This IS the company you should choose if you need repair or replacement. I never felt pushed. I was walked through the steps and felt like he and his helper wanted to do right by me and not just push me into a sale. I need to replace 2 older systems and I won't call anyone else. I won't look for a cheaper handyman or turn to the "big guys" that dump a ton of money into plastering their logo everywhere but provide awful service.
