"I changed the front door color after he had already painted it. He repainted it without an additional charge. I kept adding painting projects. Heâ d give me a price and then include it. "Val did an awesome job remodeling our kitchen. We ordered new cabinets for the kitchen and bathrooms. We also had all the rugs removed and replaced with luxury vinyl planks. They replaced the baseboards and painted the main level of our home. Val was very easy to work with selecting the items that we needed for the remodel and refinishing the main level. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
