Quarter meticulous in covering up all furniture and rugs so that nothing would get dirty as part of the repair. Repair was completed in one day and blended in with the rest of the area so as to be invisible. Clean up was ridiculous. Highly recommend this company

The owner came to the house very promptly after requesting a quote and we had the quote within hours of his visit. We hired him and an appointment was made to get the work done for November 10, between 8-9 AM. Hurricane Nicole came through the area on Wednesday night, November 9-10. I thought if the crew was not going to be here he would have called on Wednesday or at least Thursday morning to reschedule. I did not get a call and so I then texted the owner and asked if they were coming. All he said was No. No offer to reschedule or anything. Because I had flooring to go in soon, I needed this work done in the next couple of days. After prodding him via text about rescheduling, he was non committal about when they would come and all he said was he would see us Friday. No time set, very short responses via text and really poor communication. The first crew did show up around 8:30 Friday and their part was done within an hour. We were told the other crew was to come out later today and that all we got on the timeframe for the rest of the repair. Early that afternoon still no one and we needed to pick up our truck from being serviced, so I texted him again. He said I will call when in route. We did not know if that was going to be sooner or later. We waited around for a while and when we were needing to go get the truck because the service place closed soon, no text still. They showed up just as we were ready to leave - no call, no text. In summary, the work done was excellent! The second crew made a mess and sprayed a lot of area around the fix which means more painting and cleanup for us, but overall the work was well done. I would recommend them for this reason. The communication, however was very poor! The owner needs to work on this issue! We should have had some kind of call before the original appointment to reschedule. I know a hurricane came through, but we had other people coming out that day for other things and they did not cancel or they called the day before to reschedule. I totally understand he needed to take care of personal things after a hurricane, but how are we supposed to know that without a call or text? Bottom line, he needs to communicate better with his customers. It is just common courtesy and good customer service to do so!

They were 1 and 1/2 hours late I noticed yesterday there are 2 bubbles in the ceiling .I dont think they replaced all the drywall like they were supposed to

Arturo Rodriguez and his personnel from Complete Drywall Contractors, Inc., did a phenomenal job on damage done to the interior of our garage. The individuals were friendly and the professional work done was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Complete Drywall Contractors, Inc., for any work needed to be done at their residence. Their response is quick, professional, and extremely well done.
