Worked quickly. cleanly and met all promised actions.

Arrogant, disrespectful, would not inspect the work of his crew, asked him to come out **No, leave my guys alone, they know what they are doing**. He did not deliver on what he put in writing and his crew was incapable and unaware of what was promised to us. The drywall installation was for a 250 square feet room that had some custom features to it, which he said **I can handle custom work, no problem**. I asked him many times to come out and he refused, **leave my guys alone, they know what they are doing**. We, finally, had a very heated discussion about the repairs that needed to be done. I am the client and yet, he is telling me what he will and will not do. I was only asking for what HE said HE agreed to do in writing, Level 4 finish, which is custom. During our heated discussion, he kept going off topic about several problems including other jobs. As I tried to redirect him back to my job, I became uncomfortable and just wanted him leave. He was so unbelievably disrespectful to me, and my husband, I have never been treated so poorly, ever!

The work was very good the contact not good and not nice.

Aurturo answered my request for a contractor very quickly and came out the same day to do an estimate. He had a crew out here the day (Sunday) in order to get an emergency job started. His crew came out everyday and worked quickly and efficiently until it was done. Aurturo was very communicative with me and answered all of my questions timely. Probably the best interaction I’ve ever had with a contractor.
