Arturo was able to start on our huge project. We had all the ceilings redone with knockdown. Everything was painted afterwards and it looks beautiful. Crew cleaned up nicely, had to work around all our stuff- Great job!

Owner, Arturo Rodriguez, responded almost immediately to our phone call requesting estimate and came to our home within an hour to do estimate for living room, dining room, and kitchen. Sent estimate via email and when I saw how reasonably priced he was, I requested a price to include 3 bedrooms and 1 walk-in closet. After checking on Angies list and getting a recommendation from someone in my Kingsmill neighborhood, I secured his services. He contacted us with an opening that week and said the job would take 2 days. Workers arrived on time and started to cover the entire interior of my home with plastic drop cloths. When they were done another crew arrived to start the popcorn removal, took a lunch break to allow the ceilings to dry and came back to patch many imperfections hidden by the popcorn before they applied the knockdown. They removed all the plastic covering and did a great cleanup. The next morning a different crew arrived and covered everything with new plastic and painted ceilings in all 6 rooms. Job done in 2 days, as promised. Considering how messy this popcorn removal is, I would say they did an excellent job of leaving hardly a trace behind. The ceilings look beautiful and my walls are ready for a fresh coat of paint which we planned on doing since the current paint was 12 yrs old. Just so you know, they need to attach the plastic to the walls at ceiling line and painting your walls would be necessary. Both Arturo and his employees were very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs this type of work done. Description of Work: Popcorn removal for entire house, knockdown applied and all ceiling then painted. 1600 sq ft.
