At first I would have given 5 stars- Jim was a great guy - communicated through text, did a great job. Fast forward to this year, I message Jim in early March 2026, making sure all was good to go for Spring. Replied 3 days later - all was good and to let him know when grass start growing. ~2 weeks later, I messaged him to put me on the schedule for the following week if he could. ~A week went by and no response so I checked in again and he said got your text all is good. ~2 weeks later no responses, no return calls, nothing....ghosted. I actually wondered if he was ok. I am very disappointed, I was proactive and checking in with him prior to the grass needing it and now I have a jungle out there due to his lack of response and back at square one. Learn communication skills if you are going to own a business.

The work was done well with good prices. I highly recommend them. If people are experiencing issues, I would think it’s due to the times we are living in which makes it difficult to find employees for businesses.

The estimate for the work to be performed was very good so I hired them. Service started fine but then became spotty and then nothing. Part of the agreement was to clean and mulch flower/shrub beds. Promised to start work three weeks in a row and never started it. Lawn mowing was fine at first, but then became sporadic and then they stopped showing up. There is no response to messages asking when the work was going to be done or what what was going on.

Stev came to my home aid he would call me to give me a quote waited didn't receive. Call so I called him left a message and emails still didn't get an answer . Customer service is extremely important and I m no longer interested on City Limits providing services . It's doesn't take long to contact potential customers .

Jim was a reliable and very reasonable.

First time they forgot my appointment, second time they came and only cut the front lawn, not the back. The last time they never showed or called I hae used Homeadvisor 2 times and both times have been an utter and complete problem!

Tim does an excellent job on my lawn.
