Chris Bonomi Landscapes

Mark from Chris Bonomi Landscapes did a retaining wall and walkway/stoop at my house. Both look good, though the stoop already needs maintenance two years after installation (not good). Where I had serious problems with this business is in a follow-up. I contracted with them to plant some perennials according to a design I had someone make for my yard. He took $1066 of my money and never performed the work. There was always an excuse why, but it's been two years now. I have contacted him periodically and asked for my money back, but it's still not happened. My latest attempt is to file against him in small claims court, which maybe will get his attention. Beware of this business - they seem nice and they can do some good work, but they can also take your money and never do anything.

Needed a rush job on some shrub trimming. Chris was responsive and did a great job! I highly recommend him and will call him again if I need any other work done.

Great quick response especially considering that I contacted them in the busy spring season. They gave me a fair price. They worked hard on my job and were polite and did everything that was necessary to make the job come out well. The trees they brought are good quality. Overall I would highly recommend them.

I just need them to communicate properly, show up when they say they are going to and fix and finish the job they started.
