Upon agreement, he and his crew got to work immediately (the next day) in making this happen. The efficiency and attention to detail was prevalent throughout the process. Unexpected findings during the work effort were clearly communicated and were remediated as part of the process. The outcome exceeded expectations and a full rundown of changes to improve the overall quality of the completed product were covered during the final review of efforts.
