Certapro Painters of Austin

i used Certapro to complete staining the siding on my house.which was started by R&R Services which was not doing a competent job. Certapro finished the staining and corrected the part that R&R started. Certapro painters knew what they were doing. They were on time, professional and very thorough.

They were so clean and neat with the process. The ceilings look wonderful and they did it in such a timely manner. Very happy!

Juan and his partner were fantastic! Incredibly neat, helpful, and customer service oriented. They took pride in their work and did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased with the result!

CertaPro ended up doing the ceiling for us as their bid for the entire project was fairly high. Once I told them we just wanted the ceiling done, it took a few emails and a phone call to get them to respond. They took the job but didn't act very interested and I can only assume it was because we did not do the entire project with them. Regardless of how they felt, this should have been transparent to us. Thus, we ended up using a different Service Magic pro to complete the work. We got a better deal and better customer service.

We had our kitchen cabinets painted by Certa Pro. They look amazing! We will definitely use them again!

Overall, a decent job. One spot I noticed on the bannister didn't get sanded properly and is already showing through the paint, but so far that is the only place.

I was in a time crunch needing to get my wall painted before my furniture was delivered. The guys at CertaPro were very accommodating in getting my service scheduled quickly and the painter who came out did an outstanding job. He was very efficient and made sure that my house was kept clean and free of paint splatter.
