Be specific in what you expect, and upon completion, inspect the job, but do not pick on or point out anything that was not included in the contract. Overall, CertaPro gets my full recommendation

Day 1, they ran over landscaping despite the fact I had an empty driveway. While power washing they sprayed thru an open window into a bathroom breaking glassware which they never offered any compensation for. The sales rep. pretty much insisted on using their choice of paint (Sherwin Williams) which did NOT provide one coat coverage as promised and they want to charge for a second coat. Cleanup was spotty when done. Supervisor brought the crew, got them started and left every day, for hours at a time. Nothing was done by Certa pro to correct this.

We had used Certa Pro before and were quite pleased with their work and speed of getting the job done.

Excellent work and great service, from the rep who made the initial assessment and bid, to the crew on the job. They were all very thorough. Cleaning, caulking, and painting was well done at each step; highly recommend them.

Great service, great value..

After about 4 weeks, it looks like a good exterior paint job, but time will tell. However, they were sloppy in clean up, left some areas without caulk, and won't come back or return calls to get the job completed.

They stripped and refinished my front door which was severely sun damaged. The job included two coats of polyurethane. The next day I checked the door for coverage and found that the grain was raised. They returned to put another coat on which solved the problem. I would definitely use them again.

They did a very good job, though they were about 30% higher than other bids. They did go out-of-their-way, to make sure I was satisfied, and added a few touches to make sure that I was. I would not hesitate to use them again.

From what I understand, this company subcontracts with various painting companies in town. This allows them to respond quickly to meet the needs of its clients. The company hired to do our crown molding was excellent. Since were experiencing bad weather at the time, they even managed to complete our interior work several days before it was originally scheduled. If all of the companies they work with are this good, I would not hesitate to use them again.
