Great job at good price. Easy to work with.

We are very pleased with the job they did. Starting with the quoting process and during the project the management was easy to talk with and attentive to changes that came up. Also, they do not require payment up-front and you only pay once you’ve gone through the final walk-through. The painting crew led by Letty and Jose Luis had excellent work ethic. They got there on time every day and worked diligently through sunset taking time only for a brief lunch break. Furthermore, they paid attention to detail both in painting and during cleanup. Even on the day of the final walkthrough, they gave a couple of walls another coat because they weren’t happy with the results although they looked fine to us. There were very few touch-ups required initially and they even sent someone over a week later to touch up some minor points that showed after viewing the in different lighting conditions. We would not hesitate to recommend CertaPro to friends and family.

Quick, professional, attentive, responsive

The Team that painted my house, Abraham and Nacho, were professional, friendly and above all hard working. They would arrive on time (7:00 AM) as agreed upon and work until 5:30 everyday. They left our house clean everyday and ensured all random spots were removed from the floors. I would use CertaPro again and highly recommend them.

The original quote was not honored. Instead CertaPro kept raisin the cost despite the fact that the work order did not ever change. The painters broke things in my home, they were entirely disrespectful of my home, they did not replace outlet plates or return furniture to its original place. The end work product was substandard.

Very easy to work with, and accommodating. Needed some trim strips applied...no problem. Left our place clean and finished on time. Repaired some damage to the surface of a door. Looks great.

CertaPro came, answered all our questions, and gave us an accurate estimate. We had told them that we would buy the paint, but it turned out that they could get the same paint cheaper (Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint), so we had them buy it. They weren't the cheapest bid we got, but they were affordable enough that we had them paint our deck, too. Very high quality work! Great communication throughout.

CertaPro made the otherwise grueling task of getting my entire townhouse painted (interior) relatively painless! Nathan and Jordan were fantastic to work with - very professional, extremely responsive and supportive throughout the process! We would definitely go back to these folks for any future home painting projects!
