I hired CertaPro with high expectations after speaking with the sales rep. The price they quoted was comparable to 3 other bids I had received. We had 2 projects, painting a bedroom and a bathroom. Both rooms had extensive areas that needed an enamel spray job. These areas were done beautifully. The remaining bedroom was painted with latex paint to our satisfaction. The remaining bathroom job was done very hurriedly and many areas were covered by a very thin layer of latex paint, allowing the undercoat to show. We ended up repainting areas of the bathroom ourselves because the contractors were returning to finish the remodeling. On a side note, the painting contractor initially informed me that the entire job would be completed in one day, that did not happen. The bedroom was completed on day one and the bathroom was completed on day 2. The contractor informed me they would only be at the house a couple of hours on day 2 to finish the bathroom because they needed to be in Wimberly by mid morning. It ended up being a rushed, low quality job. Very disappointing. FOLLOW UP: After a few days of contractors returning to work on the bathroom, we noticed that the paint was pealing from the moulding. I contacted Mike and Brian from CertaPro. They both came to look at the work quality and concluded that the surfaces were not primed for painting. CertaPro took care of this issue and hired a different crew, which were top quality, and corrected the entire bathroom fiasco. It took another 3 days to completely strip and sand all the moulding and to be repaint. I give CertaPro thumbs up on customer service. My advice for future clients: watch your contractors and have the product manager make frequent visits to inspect the work.

CertaPro's estimating was very professional. After reviewing the project, the estimator provided an on the spot estimate and a proposed contract. Other contractors took days and in some instances followup calls from me to provide the estimate. CertPro's bid was the best by far and their crew was on the job within 3 work days. The crew was meticulous to ensure no paint splatter and cleaned the site up each day. Highly recommended

They were attentive to every detail from the prep work to clean-up. The only issue I had was I misunderstood about the extent of the caulking. I thought all the points of contact between the roof & rock would be caulked, but it wasn't. Otherwise, the paint job was very well done & finished on time.

Estimators were flexible and considerate. On painting day, first team was in a truck which was "rear-ended" en route to the job. A second team was sent to replace them, and they did an excellent job, though their instructions were not quite clear. They were to use a flat-finish enamel on one wall, but used a semi=gloss paint. They cheerfully repainted with the proper tone. and painted with a flat finish, as their original instructions had indicated. . They were very good to "fill in " on such short notice. Their work was excellent and clean-up was spotless.

They were on-time, professional, and did a great job. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes.

Painters were very neat and organized with the work completed quickly. I will definitely be using CertaPro Painters again for any future paint jobs.
