These guys were great....prompt, good value and great cleaning.

Not sure what the point was. Didn't really make the carpets any better. I still had to go and rent a rug doctor to get the dirt and smell out. Way too much money for what appeared to be no meaningful benefit.

Said carpet would look better once it dried. It did not.

no power machine to wash carpets only water mix. NO STEAM to lift stains. Poor job cleaning and charges toooo much for poor work. Would not recommend this company.

Jim was very professional and friendly. We also appreciated how he didn't try to "oversell" his services, tacking on a lot of extra costs. The carpet looked fantastic after cleaning, with maybe a few small "crunchy" areas, perhaps from residue of the non-soap cleanser? I did like how quickly the carpets dried and the cleaning was very quick. We would recommend carbocleaner, however, and would call Jim again!
