I was feeling very anxious about my asbestos situation that required air filtrating my entire house. He took the time to listen to me and was able to assure me that it would be ok. He seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. His pricing was reasonable and his team was thorough and friendly. I’m beyond grateful for Jesse.

Jesse did an excellent job, both with client relations, setting expectations, and handling a slight complication that arose when work started. Jesse was amazing to work with! My worst nightmare happened when I was told our black mastic tested positive for Asbestos. I thought this would delay our flooring for weeks!!! He responded to my inquiry immediately, gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, and got me scheduled TWO days later! His guys finished the job within 4 hours. The smell is awful and being pregnant makes it worse but you can’t get away from that when removing Asbestos. Very happy I went with this company and was able to get my asbestos tested, results back (diff company), and everything removed all within 5 days only delaying my plans by a week.

Jesse and his team did an amazing job. We had a difficult situation with our house being flooded and finding out our house had asbestos in it. Jesse was very clear with the plan of attack and was patient to answer every question that me and my wife had. Jesse kept prompt and clear communication through the whole process. I would highly recommend going with this company with if you ever have to get your house abated. Cost wise they were more than half of what was quoted to us from serv pro. Give Jesse a call at Cap environmental he will definitely take care of you and your needs.

At first Jesse was responsive. He sent someone for an asbestos test. However the person did a lot of damage to our property and did not clean it, nor give us the courtesy to apologize for the mess. Jesse said he would reimburse some amount. But he only offered to reimburse $75 instead of the whole amount of the test (which was $550!). After accepting to get reimbursed $75, he never paid me even after I followed up twice and he said he would pay me in a day or two. I think I may have gotten scammed. Do yourself a favor and don't work with them. Better yet, just buy your own asbtestos test from Home Depot!

Jesse and crew were able to assist me with my popcorn ceiling and black mastic flooring removals. They were able to do it safely, and ensure that my family and I can enjoy our home without having to worry about asbestos anymore. Jesse communicates with you over the course of the project and lets you know how things are going with photos and videos.
