I inherited a home built in the 50Â’s and had asbestos tile that needed to be removed. Contacted CAP and talked to Jesse Pina. We setup a time and his crew arrived and removed the tile, cleaned everything up and left it ready for me to look at flooring options. I would definitely recommend them for this type of job. I was very concerned about getting this tile removed, but Jesse put me at ease and made this job absolutely painless.

Jesse was professional and courteous. The crew came to remove linoleum/asbestos from the kitchen area, but ended up damaging the connecting linoleum to the pantry. I didn't realize it til the next day in better lighting, but Jesse was willing to have a couple guys come out the next day to go ahead and remove the pantry linoleum as well. I had to pay another $300 for them to make the trip, but it was heavily discounted price. To their credit, I think they would've made it right for free had I noticed it when we first looked it over when the crew was still there.

Jesse and the crew at Cap Construction were an absolute pleasure to work with. Jesse was prompt to reply, communicated frequently, and was invested in making this process as painless as possible. Given how difficult it is to coordinate with multiple contractors and many contractors do not reply to questions quickly or at all, the communication was greatly appreciated. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and had a team in to do the removal on a Thursday morning. His quote was competitive, and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend working with Cap Construction.

The asbestos abutment team ( two men ) traveled all the way from San Antonio to Garland. They went to work right away and worked steady until job was finished. Look like they did a pretty good job.(Not knowing anything about asbestos abutment ).
