Had Mr. Cali twice before in the past I think 8 years ago, and used to do the carpets on my own with a home machine. But remembered how good the carpets looked when they were done professionally so I decided to call them again. WOW my carpets have had several pet stains that I thought were hopeless, but they have such a renewed look.

Before Mr. Cali gave me an estimate, he asked questions regarding the upholstery material in order to insure a good result. His price was also good, but it was the discussion we had about my furniture that prompted me to hire him.

We hired this company to power wash and seal/stain deck, fence and shed. They didn't power wash properly and required pre-payment. When they came back to seal they didn't fix power wash issues. They also applied one coat of sealant to the deck and ruined our brand new deck we just got put in a few months ago. It was poorly applied, very blotchy. They applied it very up professional. It looks like an amateur job. Never got to fence or shed. Owner Dan had the nerve to lie and say he had a family emergency so had to leave job with no promise of coming back. He knew he ruined the deck. He refuses to refund us the $ we paid. We now have to hire someone to strip the work he has done and re seal the deck which will cost more. Also having to purchase additional materials. Do not do business with this company! Quality is poor and the owner has no integrity. I don't want anyone else to go through this so please contact me and I would be happy to share pictures with you.

This customer left me voicemail messages cursing me out and calling my children bad names I would not return to his house because he threaten me and curse me and my children. I told him I would come back to finish the job because I had an emergency in two days that was not good enough for him he wanted me back the next day I could not come back the next day.

They were on time, did the job of powerwashing and when they left it looked really good. Saved us a lot of trouble, they were very professional. I would use them again.
