Dan and his son arrived and quickly got to work. Very pleasant, did overall look to make sure we were on the same page. Worked nonstop in sweltering heat to do the job efficiently and carefully, wetting down flower beds before and washing plants after cleaning house exterior. Siding looks clean and white again, very satisfied with their work and price comparison. I am going to hire them again for my daughter's house and in two years, mine again. Love to support family businesses.

I hired Cali Power Washing to power wash my sliding and to stain my deck. They did a very nice job on power washing my sliding but the staining of my deck was not a good job @ all. The following year my deck looked as if if was never stain. When I called to complain and asked for them to re-do which I was told work was guaranteed that?s when I was told we do not have to decks anymore. I would not hire this company again.

I remembered this customer I told her a toner also referred to as a transparent will last her up to two years. It had not been a year since we stained her deck it had been 2 years. A solid stain which looks like paint 2 Coats will last you about four years. She wanted to see the wood did not want the solid stain. She picked the transparent. I understand she doesn't remember it that way but that's how I explained it to everybody every time. She's a very nice lady unfortunately we could not make her happy.

Tom and his son did a great job! The end result was far better than anything I have achieved in the past using my power washer. They even went so far as to clean the mailbox and trash cans. I will certainly use them again.
