"i got a quick response to my call. he was out within several days. needed to get pricing for the parts and told me he would do this on mon. and call me. he called mon morning with the pricing. got me a great price on a new unit versus repairing old one.. said he would have the unit by the end of the week. called me on fri said he had and scheduled installation for sun. installed the unit as specified. within in 1 week of original visit i was up and renning."

"When you consider their price, factor in the labor and parts warranty. This is included in the price! My elite boiler came with a 12 year parts and labor warranty. All I could get anywhere else was a 5 year parts warranty from manufacturer. When I compared them to my normal HVAC, horizon was a better value. Top notch company. Additionally, any add-ons were already added. (Chimney liner, old boiler removal, etc.) Very pleased and will use them again. Oh and did I mention they worked from 7:30am till 10:15pm to get the job done? I was told it would take a week to install by others!"
