We initially contacted and hired him to stain our deck, but he never did it. He convinced us to also have our house power-washed since he had to power-wash the deck prior to staining. He did the power-washing May 6, 2 weeks after his estimate and then left us hanging for two months regarding the deck staining, no contact or update. There had been a lot of rain so we gave him the benefit of the doubt, but then we saw him at our next-door neighbors power-washing their house on July 8. We confronted him about why he was power-washing our neighbors' house when he hadn't finished our job. At first he didn't even seem to remember that he had a job unfinished right next to the one he was doing. He said because they were so behind due to all the rain, they had decided not to do any more decks this summer. Asked him when he had planned to let us know this! His response was too lame to even try to repeat. We had given him a deposit which he did return, but now our deck still sits unstained! He had initially seemed like a nice person, but from the very start there was evidence that he is unorganized and he obviously has no commitment to finish a job he contracted to do.

Unfortunately we had 7 weeks of on and off rain and we knew she knew why we hadn't came out to stain her deck. We did get behind because of the rain. We came out to do her neighbors house and i was glad to see her because i had been meaning to call her. I offered to either stain her deck, but needed more time, or id refund her deposit for the stain. I did apologize for not calling sooner. We cant control the weather or we would got the deck done for her.

This job was for vinyl siding on our house. When I first requested an estimate, Cali called me and explained, IN DETAIL, how the job would be done. This info included the cleaning solution used, how it would be rinsed from foundation planting, and how long I could expect the exterior to remain clean. Results were fantastic, and at a very reasonable price.
