He used straight bleach on the house and damaged a lot of my flowers and even my basil dropped 90% of its leaves! I had to get him to go over areas but he has no ladder to get to hard to reach areas so bird crap and wasp nests are going to stay on your house. He was more expensive than others. However, he did a good job on my rug so he should be hired for rugs and upholstery only!!!

Wow I remember this customer. She is a very nice lady. She had us redo areas that we did not see anything but we redid them anyway. All shrubbery is rinsed before and after chemical is applied. As you can see almost every other review is significantly higher of a rating than hers. Also we do not use straight bleach the chemical is drawn through a chemical injector it runs through the hose its mixed with water I did not put straight bleach on her house.

Very good customer service. Dependable and friendly. The house really looks wonderful and the deck is the best they could do with the age of the wood. Everything was great. Hopefully my planters will bounce back from the power washer but otherwise very thing was top notch. Happy to recommend.

Mr. Cali and his son were very prompt, cordial and knowledgable. We inspected the outside of the house before and after, answered all questions. Did a great job and will hire them again and highly recommend them to others.

Was given a window of 9-12, and they arrived right at 12. They were done with my 19x16 room in under one hour. Although the pet stains were removed,(our major concern), the end product looked very amateurish, and unprofessional. Wads of hair and dirt were left behind for us to vacuum after it dries, and a cap to a pen, which I saw when I cleared the room but forgot to pickup, was pushed under the sofa. If they had spent a little more time with the wet vac, I'd be giving a better review. As it stands, I will not use them again, nor do I recommend them to anyone else.

I have been cleaning carpets for 13 years. We vacuum up anything left over and I'm quite sure we would have seen wads of hair. We are not perfect something may have been left over but not wads of hair. The customer always sees the job afterwards to make sure they are happy with the job. If something got pushed under the sofa by the machine it was not intentional.

Very happy with the results. Dan & his son arrived on time and did a great job in removing dirt and mold stains from the vinyl siding on my house. The window surrounds were also cleaned up as well as the gutters.
