My house was in need of a good power washing to remove green mold from the northern side of the house and a general cleaning of the rest. I had contacted another contractor who proved very unreliable and decided to take a chance on Home Advisor. Within 10 minutes of pressing the submit button, Dan called. We agreed on a price (based on the size of the house) and a day and time. He gave me a 4 hour window but actually arrived an hour early. He even called to tell me he would be early. That was great by me! He and his son got right to work and did a great job. Took about a hour and a half which surprised me! I am very happy with everything and I would recommend him highly and I intend on using him again when the wine comes.

We agreed on a price (according to size of the house) and a time. He gave me a 4 hour window but on the day of the appointment he was an hour early and called to tell me that!That was great by me! He and his son went right to it and had the job done within an hour and a half and it looks great! He stuck to his price and I am very happy with it all. Would highly recommend him and his company.

Dan was very professional, friendly, and new what he was doing. His price was reasonable and he came within the timeframe he told us to expect him. He brought his son as an assistant which was a plus because we like to support family businesses.
