BEWARE of this company and their unethical business practices. They will ask for a 50% deposit upfront, then on the day of the project fabricate an excuse why they can not do the project. In our case we had to keep a vehicle in our driveway per HOA rules. Our other two were parked down the street in legal parking per the HOA maximal allowance stipulation Although there was plenty of room a 15 foot width access into the garage they stubbornly refused to do the job, cancelled our appointment, then made a false claim that we cancelled the appointment, the in fact they CANCELLED IT. Their policy states that customers cannot cancel appoints at the last minute or surrender their deposit. What a manipulative system Complete Coating uses! Moreover, It took 10 days for owner Mike Courselle to get back to us when we inquired when they would return. Nothing but crickets. In turn, we subsequently cancelled the charge and WILL NOT move forward with this company. The owners are very passive aggressiv

Friendly & garage floor looks great!

While the product is nice and looks good, the owner Nick was harsh in his response towards me. I signed a contract that stated final payment upon completion but which did not give a window for payment; it was non-specific. With most contractors, the final payment is net 10, 30, or 60 days after completion, but Nick wanted to collect the final payment early. I told him that, until I can drive onto the new garage flooring, which was 24 hours after application, I would not pay before then. He balked and spoke harshly to me. I firmly believe that he was unprofessional, and felt like he was treating me like I was his enemy. That is bad business! Once the 24 hours were up and I could park my car on the flooring, I made the final payment (several thousand dollars) but deducted $100 because I had to spend an hour cleaning up the mess they had left behind. I was not happy that they left my site without properly cleaning it. When I presented the check to Nick, his response was, do you short all your contractors this way? This is very unprofessional. And snarky. So if you want to deal with a company owner who makes snarky comments and treats you like you are the enemy, then this is your company. When I am spending this amount of money, I expect to be treated with courtesy.

Great product, execution and customer service. What more could you ask for? We are very happy with the finished project! Would highly recommend.

You can tell these guys are passionate about what they do and are really good at it! Ever since we got our garage floor coated we have been using the extra clean space so much more often. Who knew and old garage could turn into an extra usable room in the home. If I had any questions one of the Complete Coatings guys were there with an answer. I highly recommended getting your floor coated and using Complete Coatings to do it!

I love my new garage floor! The team worked hard and were very professional as they completed the job within a day. I couldn't wait to get back in there and use my new space. My kids have been riding their scooters in there daily and my husband can't wait to add a ping pong table. It has really transformed the way we are using the space.
