BUYER BEWARE ... or new homeowner beware. We used Bungalow Home Inspection for our pre-closing home inspection for our home in Medley, our son's home in Mirada (and referred them to a number of neighbors). We were all told that our one year inspection was included with our original inspection. Two of us called to schedule our one year inspection today and we were told that we are all mistaken and the cost for the one year inspection is between $350 & $400. Not only that .. during their original home inspection they missed the fact that our master bedroom had no insulation above it and a mis-wired breaker in our electrical box that almost caused a fire.

Matt and his partner (sorry don't remember his name but he super sweet) did an annual inspection for warranty purposes. Matt did my pre closing inspection. They arrived on time, worked well together. Gave me great info during their inspection. Took time to answer my questions and also gave insight on some things that I questioned about home maintenance . So glad I hired them again.

Very nice employees just not very observant. They marked in red that there were no smoke detectors but there were 2. The gentleman was standing under one while talking to me.

This is the second time we have selected Bungalow for our short term rental inspection. This time we needed a balcony inspection. Shaun fit us in to his schedule for the inspection and the re-inspection. His report was prompt and complete. The inspection fee with Bungalow was reasonable. We recommend Bungalow and will use them anytime we need an inspection.

Mr Shaun Douglas does a great job! We were buying a house and had his company do the inspection. The amount of detail was amazing! His final report was 75 pages with pictures and details. This is the second time we have used his company. Great job! We would use him again.
