I have been using this company since August of 2023 and I am pleased with them. The people at this company truly care about their customers and their concerns. I have had moments going on to the website and got busy and forgot to schedule or reschedule a free re-treatment and the company has noticed I didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t finish my request & personally calls to ask if I need any help. They are amazing and I have had 3 different people within the company come and treat my house and they are all so pleasantly nice people. I recently had Hayden Neville come the last two times to treat my house. First time I was able to be home and let him inside, today I had a free re-treatment scheduled and I wasnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t home but I was able to open up the garage and text him which rooms to avoid. He listened to my concerns and where my problem areas are and I believe he exceeded everything! I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great, easy, and reliable company.

Daniel has serviced our home a few times this year and he has always done an exceptional, above-and -beyond job. There were items that we didn't know about that he addressed during his visits. We are grateful for Bulwark's customer service and ease of use!

Good experience; technician was professional and timely

I had Nate come to my house after an ant problem that hadnâ t gone away after 3 sprays. He spent time trying to find the root cause and listening as well as trying to problem solve so that the ant issue could be solved instead of just the usual routine spray. I appreciated the time and effort put into my house because it seemed like he cared about helping me, not just trying to get in and out as fast as possible. I really feel confident that we may finally get the problem solved all thanks to Nate! Such a great guy!
