They get great ratings for tree service, however I give them poor customer service for snow removel. Piled gravel, gravel scattered onto the concrete, pinned in garbage can, pumpkins shoveled off the steps onto the ground below, higher fee than quoted.

What would you do? They were not home, so I used my best judgement. They live on a hill off a highway, I gave them a price over the phone not taking into account 75' driveway, and they added a flight of stairs & a porch at the top(after the quote). The pumpkins, I guess were on the steps buried under the snow drift (the size of goards). The upper portion was a driveway & parking area with gravel all under 4" of snow. They failed to inform me of this(the gravel), keep in mind a rake and 5 minutes it would be fixed. I charged $20 extra for long driveway, steps & upper porch. Can't please everyone, even though I try, and will keep trying.

Mike from GE Tree Service was very helpful not only in providing a concise bid but also in offering advice on other trees on our property: and not just in an attempt to create more business, either. The crew who came to do the work were polite and efficient, and the work was basically done within the brief time frame my schedule allowed for. I will definitely not only refer them to others in need of tree services, but will use them again myself in the future!

Very promptly returned my phonecall, and came out to give me a bid. Took a while to get an appointment after receiving the bid, but work was completed quickly and efficiently, and all the mess was cleaned up. Would definitely recommend GE Tree Service!

Mike called me within 10 mins after my listing on HomeAdviser and came out the same day to do an estimate. After 3 other companies called/came to do an estimate, we chose Mike and GE Tree Service. They are very knowledgable, explained it all up front and and got the tree and debris taken away the same week.
