they didnt spray my whole inside of my house. just where they thought it needed. I have had to call them back out in week to spray for ants again.

I was surprised that they used a spray can to spray. They were more expensive than my last quarterly service, so I thought they would have a powerful, mixed formula. The representative told me it's industrial strength, so I went with it. I have a basement area that let's in a number of bugs. I hope that spray does the job. I should know the effectiveness in the next couple of months.

It's too early to tell to what extent the bug problem is under control, but I've contracted with Bulwark for quarterly inspections. The technician was super, the treatment non-intrusive, and I've had a follow-up call from the company confirming they will return if necessary between scheduled treatments with just a call from me. With that assurance, I consider the cost reasonable.
