Caleb was consistently polite and professional throughout his visit. He showed respect for my home by complimenting its tidiness when I mentioned concern over it, and even removed his shoes despite my reassurance that it wasn’t necessary. This small gesture reflected his attentiveness and professionalism. What stood out most was his commitment to ensuring my pest control needs were fully met by asking multiple times. Caleb also communicated well by reaching out in advance to ask if he could arrive early. He provided a clear expected arrival time, and followed through by updating us with his ETA as he got closer. His effective communication made it all a simple process.

Chandler was great!! He asked all about what we needed and any concerns we had. He was very friendly, conversational, and professional and worked very efficiently. We would definitely request him again!

Been with them a long time. Great customer service, free touch ups on any issue, amazing employees, and competitive pricing. Being a disabled veteran they generously offer discount. Being disabled they make sure they get all I need done. They take pics of issues they fixed. I messed up had expired card I didn't update. I owed them, wasn't bullied, they let pay it in 2 payday, scheduled my appointment, complete understanding and no issues. I know I've been with them awhile but most companies would be rude, not them. I apologized and they felt bad they had to call me about it. Why, I owed you, I goofed up. Caleb the young man today was beyond great, polite, helpful, and all my experiences with them is like this. Free touch up make any other companies claim to better spray or whatever Being why they cost more. Bulwark says hey you need something fixed its free. They are quick to, usually the next day, even once the same day because a truck was in area. Great company!

Clint was on time and very professional. He explained the process to us and did a very thorough job. He assured us that they will come back for no charge as many times as needed. I’m excited to be bug free. Thank You!
