I worked with Joe Crane today and he was absolutely amazing! Iâ ve been so anxious and stressed about my mice issue and he came in so calm and patient with all of my worries. He was so understanding and wanted to make sure every area was taken care of so we could catch all of them and make sure I donâ t have this problem any longer. It truly made me feel way more relaxed and safe! Iâ m very glad he was assigned to my house today!

We have a quarterly service plan with Bulwark and we love it. Today a technician named Joe C. came by for a treatment for spiders, but while he was here he checked our rodent bait boxes, checked and replaced snapping traps in our garage, did a spray around the outside of the house, and explained everything that was done. He also made recommendations on what could be done to further protect the home without a high pressured sales pitch. He was very friendly knowledgeable and he was patient with all my questions. We appreciate great techs like Joe!
