Bulwark has been consistently good with customer service. They follow up whenever we ask, adjust the service schedule as needed, and proactively communicate about service dates and times. They don't get pushy with up-sales either which is a pet peeve. Recently, Timothy Martin has been our pest service provider and he has been exemplary for all of these preferred practices.

Timothy Martin was our exterminator today and he did a great job on the exterior of our home. Had a few questions about the sprays he used due to us getting a puppy soon and was very informative!

Jefferson Lopez was extremely diligent and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the extra time to inspect the attic and thoroughly assess the situation, ultimately determining that there was mice activity. I really appreciated how careful and methodical he was, and how clearly he explained his findings. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the experience very reassuring. I would definitely recommend Jefferson for pest control services

Timothy Martin was the technician that performed the service. He did the work that was explained to me inside and outside. He also went beyond that and did the garage as well as knock down some dobber nest and spider webs.

Roland P. did a great job. He was very courteous and respectful. He was very careful not to spray in the area where the Monarch butterfly caterpillars or chrysalis' are growing. Thanks Roland!!

A great experience! This was my first quarterly visit after the initial spray back in October (flea and bug treatment) where you leave the home for two hours. So I got a text that Timothy M. was arriving today, and he also texted when he was 10 minutes away. That was nice, I didn't expect that. We chatted for a few minutes, and in addition to spraying around the house and driveway, and plant bed, he knocked down the wasp nest and spider webs (odd looking white spots on windows). It's so nice to be bug free. Hoping this works as good this summer. And Timothy was prompt, professional and just a nice guy.
