Jefferson Lopez, the Bulwark technician, handled the service and was extremely professional throughout. He clearly explained the treatment process and took the time to walk me through everything. He was highly motivated and did a very thorough job both inside and outside the house. He also identified potential problem areas where pest activity could have grown into a bigger issue. I really appreciate his attention to detail and the quality of his work?excellent technician.

Very professional, carried out all work and requests

Jefferson did a very thorough job inspecting around the house—he removed a wasp nest, applied insect repellent around the foundation and yard, and spread granules in the mulch. He not only did great work, but also communicated really well. From the arrival notification to updates during the service, he made sure to address all my questions and concerns. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience working with him.

He really was best so far. Meticulous and detailed. He checked every where , including attic and took care of everything. Very good communication and hard worker.
