Bulwark Exterminating is amazing! Our technician Matt Janak has really been incredible - he is honest and up front and shows genuine care and concern for his clients and their concerns. Flexible and great customer service

We hired Bulwark to do a pest control service on our residence. They explained the process in advance of the appointment, and arrived on time and performed their services efficiently. We had been having a problem with ghost ants in our kitchen and they were quick to address the issue! When we had questions, he was quick with a response and always helpful. We now have hired them as our regular pest control company!

Had to have the initial application done twice

Service technician did not do half of what the salesperson said he would. I was told he would spray in the attic but when I brought that up to the service tech he said he would never done that before. While he was up there he misstepped onto the sheetrock and almost went thru the ceiling. Now I have several nails sticking out of the ceiling from where the sheetrock almost came down. Also, I was told he would remove the electrical outlet plates and spray insecticide dust in the wall cavity but all the tech wanted to do was spray liquid onto my baseboards. Been there, done that, and never doing it again. I have started ordering my own pest control products online and doing my own. Never looking back.
