He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, timely, and was very patient in answering a lot of questions. Made it a very pleasant experience, being the first time I ever needed a home inspection for buying a home, and he did pest control inspection as well. He showed up when he said he would and it took him the estimated amount of time to get it done. Very pleased with the service.

Steve was very thorough. He pointed everything out to us and gave suggestions. Was happy to answer any questions we had. The report was very detailed down to showing how we could fix things. We will use him again for the next house we need inspected as well as recommend him to friends and family.
