Asked for rounded corners on patio. He agreed and made them square. Took about a month to do the project. Looks bad. He advised he cuts joints on concrete after its poured, he never did. Two large cracks appeared within two weeks of pour. Had concrete splatters all over the side of house siding, and windows as high as 8 feet (i guess taping plastinc to prevent that was to much effort). Had a pressure washer company respond about 2-3 weeks later. Was not able to get concrete splatters off of certain places on window frame and foundation. Left yard in a complete disaster. Absolutely worst concrete person ive every seen.

Did a fine job and even replace a sprinkler that was damaged when removing old sod. Will most likely rehire to replace two pallets of sod next spring.

MAKES SURE YOU ARE NOT AROUND TO CHECK SERVICE. MOWED TODAY WITH STEAKS IN YARD. LEFT A BAG OPEN AND BLEW MY GRASS AND OTHER PEOPLES GRASS BACK IN YARD AND INTO THE STREET. NEVER FINISHED MY YARD. BAD SERVICE.

I am very sorry you feel this way, but as explained before the deck of the mower is designed to discharge clippings as it cuts and is impossible to carry past yards clippings and the streaks you speak of are from the tires of the mower as we cut the grass. I really wish we could have resolved this issue with you but to a misunderstanding of how a lawnmower works I do not believe this will be possible.

Had sod installed. Very poor prep. Sod was 2 very different thickness.Can not walk anywhere without very careful step. Had several people trip and a few falls. Looks awful. Had irrigation work. Box left hanging loose. Put pump on mishmash of scavenged brick and pavers. Was supposed to do 1st mow, waiting For almost 8 weeks.Have not paid for last part of work. Had several expenses to fix problems from irrigation. Would never recommend for anything.

I'm very sorry you feel this way, we installed the new pump on the existing pumps stand. The sod issue was due to not resodding the entire yard we did everything possible to resolve this issue.

I was looking for a sod installer. What I got was a sod slinger. Some tilling, but minimal raking and area prep. Sod was tossed with large gaps and even sod placed on top of grass. As a result, the yard is rougher than a cob to walk on. Was supposed to return to do some area patching in front yard. Never returned, never called. Was going to use them for yard service, but after seeing their work would not use them for anything.

I am sorry you feel this way but after completing the job I walked you and your wife around the completed project to ensure everything was completed within your expectations. I also explained the sod would be rough to walk on due to installing the sod around the base of an oaktree and you both agreed it was not a big deal.
