Berto was a good communicator, walked my project , gave me solutions to wall issues and a fair price for the job. Was able to get to it a day earlier, we again went over areas and a few little bits that would help. He left a very capable crew and leader( I forgot his name) , who made sure I was satisfied before wrapping things up . He then walked the house and took pride in his/their work.

I would highly recommend this service!! Not only was the team friendly they also provided great work and explained everything that had to be done. Alberto Sanchez, owner of Berto’s Brick Block and Stone Repair, came himself to bid the job. He was very respectful and it was obvious he knows his trade. Our fireplace needed a lot of work. He replaced broken bricks and grouted where needed. He also recapped the chimney top. He fixed areas around the house where grouting was needed. He grouted along the side of the house with concrete where needed. He and his crew were on time and very professional. They are impressive!! He charged $2,000. I had bids of right at $18,000. If you need this type of work done, get a few bids, but I would advise you to make sure Berto’s Brick Block and Stone Repair is on your list.

Berto came out and the requested work was explained. He left a crew to do the work. The crew used the wrong color mortar for the repair and cemented the expansion joint instead of using the proper caulking. Will not come back and do any replacement. Says he will and never shows up. Now processing a claim in court. Stay away from this guy.

Berto had his men complete the job in 1/2 aday. They were efficient and recreated my round top mailbox after it was knocked over by a truck. They were the only ones who promised it would look like it did before. After it was complete, they tidied up after themselves. A most excellent experience.

Alberto was thorough and his inspection of my brick on the house provided service to Phil areas that had lost the mortar, including on the chimney, installed wall, supports on two walls to keep the brick from falling down; cleaned brick & stone walkway entry & hottub area & sealed brink & stone. Pricing was reasonable work was done quickly and he provided pictures and found other areas that needed attention and quickly notified me of the changes. I will continue to use his services for future sealing as needed. Wonderful work!

Called 4 different brick companies to repair a hit brick mailbox. All of them said they would have to completely rebuild. After Berto's Brick saw the pictures they said sure, we can do it. And they sure did.. it took a couple hours and bam! Done. Like new again.
