I am a Realtor and had an appraiser call out some mortar that needed replacing. The closing was coming up soon. The listing agent called someone and they could not guarantee that they could come out until the day of closing. Well the appraiser had to come out and inspect the work BEFORE closing in order for my buyer could get their loan. I called Berto. He was polite and understood the urgency. He fit us in the NEXT DAY!! And the house was an hour away!!! I appreciate him so much. The appraiser came out. The work was approved. We close on time!!!
