Owner missed initial appt for estimate. I had to call him to ask where he was. He said he forgot. BMS was lowest cost so I hired him anyway. But then he showed up a week early to do the work. He didn't come to the door to tell me they were here--just started digging up the lawn. He never apologized for his mistake. I had to re-arrange my own schedule so I could be home. I also had a delivery coming that day and my driveway had to be open for the delivery van. So I told the owner to deliver the sod pallets onto the lawn, not the driveway. He said he'd take care of it. He didn't. I had to wait outside to catch the forklift driver to tell him where to put the sod. Brian's team worked hard but they left many gaps a few inches wide between sod pieces--just wide enough to catch my lawnmower wheels. And there had to be at least 3/4 of a pallet of sod left over. Owner just assumed the sod was his and loaded it into his truck. That was my sod.

Highly recommend Bennett Multi Services. Brian and team installed our irrigation system. We received the best service, product, and customer service. Brian and team are the best!
