Tom and Marty were great. Very friendly and courteous. Answered my questions and gave me suggestion so as to avoid future problems. And Krista in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Only issue was the cost. On the high side.

This project was the replacement of an oil fired hot water heater with a propane heater. This contractor was very good. However, the permitting process in our town was brutal and time consuming. Project still not completed after SIX weeks.

When they came they quoted a price a little less then $400. When done they wanted $640. They were here for about 30 mins.

They were great at contacting us quickly and scheduling the work. However I thought they were very expensive. The serviceman complained constantly about doing the job and misdiagnosed the cause of a water leak in our utility room which we had another company fix.

Home Advisor connected me to Benjamin Franklin right away. Tom was very professional, courteous and when he heard about my emergency, I was instantly his next stop after his current job. When Tom showed up, he immediately diagnosed the problem and went straight to work. Overall, it took roughly 4 hours to complete the repairs and even with the emergency charge, the price was extremely reasonable and I would call them again in an instant. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and if I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you Tom!

Came same day and fixed problem of blocked kitchen sink. Were able to fix another problem I had not been aware of but I felt they were very expensive

Very prompt and professional. However, I did think that they charged a bit too much for the work I had done. (Not enough to deter me from hiring them again though.)
