    Can't speak for the company as a whole, but the plumber sent to us was less than stellar. When done, informed me he "lost" the instruction manual to the new pump (found it right next to where he was working). When I asked about maintenance of the battery backup (adding water periodically) he said this type of battery wouldnt require that. A quick peek at the instructions said otherwise. Informed him that the lid had been sealed with silicone due to our radon issues, i discovered after the fact that rather than resealing, he stuffed back the old silicone he had cut out. And to top it off, I found the heavy power cord resting on top of the Float, which would prevent it from rising and triggering the pump to come on. Overall the quality of work was very poor. Customer service on the phone was good and courteous, and response was quick. Felt it was quite overpriced, though I was not in a position to get other opinions and ultimately agreed to the job. Again, i can't speak for the other plumbers or the company as a whole, but i feel i got a dud.

    They responded quickly. installation was quick and well done. Very nice service person. One minor issue, temperate setting was exceptionally high. Real issue was the cost. I believe we were charged excessively.

    The technician came on time and did a very good job. Very knowledgeable and polite. The downside is the invoice. Very very very very very expensive. I'm aware that good service comes with a price but with the money I had to pay I could've bought a new burner instead of fixing the current somehow old one.

    This plumber was not honest, we very clearly agreed on service and price ahead of his job, but then he asked >40% more than we agreed after I hired him. He sounded great to get your business then came up all kinds of additional charges. He was also delayed for ~4 hrs to service my job. I relied on prior rating displayed on home advisors website but got totally opposite experience. Never recommend this plumber.
