I put in my request, clicked 'submit', and the phone rang immediately. It was Tom Brady!! He was willing to come over immediately, and it was after 7:00 on Saturday night! We told him it could wait 'till the morning, so he came over on Sunday morning, and gave up an option: He could do the job immediately or wait until Monday morning. He explained the price difference between Sunday & Monday, and even though the difference was substantial, we chose Sunday, or immediately. He started a few hours later, worked on our problem all day, and finished up by around 7:00 on Sunday night. I would never have imagined such quick service and efficiency.

Were able to accomodate a weekend appointmen. Knowledgeable and courteous. Fair pricing. Unfortunately, I had several leaks and they only fixed one, so they had to come out a second time to fix the other leak.

I recently decided to replace a 20 yr old water heater. I used service magic to find John Elmi Plumbing. Tom was quick to respond and give a quote. He gave a good price. He was able to accomodate a tight schedule I had, and installed within a few days of our initial call. He used a Bradford White 40 gallon. Tom had one of his employees perform the install. Let me say, it was fantastic. The guy was extremely nice, he answered all questions I had, and he did a great install, very detailed. I think it took about 3 hrs. He was very thorough, and careful, not a scratch on any wall or floor. I highly recommend!

Tom was immediately responsive and replaced our VERY leaky water heater with only a few hours notice. He was professional and took great care not to make a mess anywhere along the path it took to install the new one and remove the old one. Would hire him again for any job!

Tom provided a very comprehensive analysis of my needs, and recommended additional elements that added value to the project. Bob did the actual installation, and did an excellent job. When he couldn't finish on the first day, he rearranged his schedule to finish up the next day. Both Tom and Bob were pleasant and highly professional. The job was completed within the estimated budget.

The service was scheduled promplty and the repair was executed flawlessly. Rob (the technician) arrived on time and was courteous knowledgeable and neat. His craftmanship and attention to detail made it a positive experience. I would (and will) recommend this company to a friend.
