Poor customer service, did not come on time and did not keep appointments. The person (owner) was not even prompt prior to getting that job, waited whole day while I took off from work and it was in the end rescheduled. In spite of red-flags, I hired at their inflated price as I was in need to get the work done soon. The project got delayed further as they failed to start for another week. When I called to cancel the project and return deposit, they sent 2 people to work next day. I had to call their office to get people off my property. The deposit was never returned.

The price to replace a 75 gal water heater was outrageous. The price started at $1800 plus $189 for a Sunday call out. He then raised the price by $500 because he claimed a gas heater cost more than an electric. With another miscellaneous $40 charge plus sales tax the total came to $2503 plus the Sunday charge of $189 for a total of almost $2700.

so far so good. Very prompt service even on a Sat. Paul was very friendly and competent. Expensive compared to the same service done 6 years ago. Inflation is here!

It was a small job. But Tom responded promptly and got the job done fast and in a very professional way. The $50 trip charge was mentioned upfront so no surprise there. He even gave some maintenance tips before he left. Would definitely hire them again or recommend to friends.
